I don’t know what with, but I’ve got about 800 little projects on the go right now so something’s got to come out of that, right?Hope everyone had a great weekend!Things were a little hectic around here with Kennedy’s 9th birthday party sleepover, but we all had a good time and the weather was beautiful.Last week, I told you I’d have this post up “in a few days”, but as things go, here it is almost a week later and I’m just getting it together now.

In a funny way, it’s great to know that there’s so much imperfection in this world and that we can all just laugh about it a little together.

Now on to the food!.I love that the chippy red paint says “I came from a barn”, but doesn’t say “This is a red bathroom”.

Well, you don’t know that because I haven’t let you see the rest of the bathroom yet, but trust me on this.(It’s done, we just have a few finishing touches to do before it’s ready to show off!).

I used mis-matched metals on the hardware and it totally makes the piece.I was worried it would be weird, but really I think it would feel weird if we had this cabinet all full of character and then all of a sudden we had this pristine-looking matchy matchy hardware.
